Katsu

I wandered into another restaurant today. I think I almost ordered Sashimi instead of this delicious katsu or pork cutlet. On the way back to my room at the Rootayin (the Hotel Route Inn), I recognized my waiter's face on a brochure in the lobby, proudly holding the very dish pictured here.
