* Indonesian steamed coconut cupcakes*

 

I have been baking many kind of cakes since century :), probably I must try to make my own. . Our traditional snacks are knows as "jajan pasar", literally jajan means snack and pasar means market. Most of them are using simple ingredients and steamed.

And I am starting with this one. When I were on my childhood , I would find them at traditional market, but nowdays they are also available at many hypermarkets. Made of flour, eggs , coconut milk and pandan leaves extract, would fit for evening tea time or as a dessert .
