Lucky Catch
While this may not be the most artistic shot I've ever taken it represents a pretty lucky catch for me. While a South Shore job works their yard in Burnham, IL a 1x1 unit coal train off of UP and bound for NIPSCO at Michigan City with a South Shore crew in the cab rolls by on the main. Catching the NIPSCO train under wire and at a distinctive South Shore location was a winner for me. Fortunately with the 'flying camera' I could adjust to both trains moving to catch a workable shot.
