Orion's Sword
Not the most original subject at this time of year, but the first time I've imaged it with the 80mm 'scope.
7 x 7-minute exposures (plus 3 x 1 min, 3 x 30 sec and 3 x 15 sec layered in to preserve detail in the bright centre of M42), ISO 1600; f/6.25 Modified EOS 600D & Sky-Watcher ED80 refractor, piggybacked on a Celestron C8 telescope for manual guiding.
Registered and stacked using DeepSkyStacker; initial curves adjusted in Canon Photo Professional; final curves and colour balance adjusted using Paint Shop Pro; noise reduction via CyberLink PhotoDirector.
