In military unifom smoking a cigar, and having trouble keeping his car on the road... I passed him on cruise control as well, and he IMMEDIATELY pulled out behind me onto my bumper. I pulled over into the right lane, he passed me, then IMMEDIATELY slowed back down.. when I was about to pass him again, in the right lane, STILL on cruise, he sped back up, and made every effort to keep in front of me, barely, for 15-20 miles, despite the fact I was staying on cruise the WHOLE TIME. Jerk wad.
