The volunteer snapdragons living beneath the outside dryer vent seem to be holding their own against the continually colder temps. The weather during today's late afternoon walk was, including a windchill factor, 21 degrees Fahrenheit.
So long as I keep washing and drying my dainties with enough regularity to keep that ground beneath the vent warm I bet they hang on until the first sizeable snowfall.
