SASEBO, Japan (Dec. 16, 2017) Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Carlglo Rula directs an MV-22 Osprey assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (VMM-262), onboard Commander, U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo.
