Gunrunner Venoms depart for home
UH-1Y Venoms depart USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) Nov. 30, 2018. The aircraft and personnel returned home after successfully completing exercise Trident Juncture 18 in Iceland and Norway where they provided support for the combined force. Trident Juncture provided the opportunity for the aircrew and their support personnel to increase their proficiency in sea-based operations, cold weather operations, and operations in mountainous terrain.
