ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 21, 2016) A CH-53 Super Stallion helicopter departs the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). Wasp is deployed as part of the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, which is offloading the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit after completing a six month deployment to the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of operations.
