C&O Canal Cycling Camp

Join us as we explore the C&O Canal by bike. We will start our 100-mile journey along the towpath in Paw
Paw, West Virginia and travel east towards Harpers Ferry, West Virginia on this four day and three-night
camp. We will be stopping along the way to learn about the natural and cultural history of the area. This
is a physically demanding camp. Participants must be able to bike 30 miles a day with scheduled rest
periods. Campers must provide their own bike, helmet, and attend precamp meetings. Tents, meals, and
transportation are provided. NOTE: Camp runs from 8am Monday until 3:30pm on Thursday and includes
three consecutive nights of primitive camping.
