Co-hosted by the Maryland Cricket Premier League, the Color & Kite Festival is a fun-filled event which includes music and a DJ, kids’ activities, non-toxic colors, Indian kites and manjha (without glass powder so safe for all) and a lot more! Kites, colors and Indian snacks will be available for purchase.
This event will be held at Black Hill Regional Park
