Kemp Mill Urban Park Reopening Celebration 2017

A very hot day for the reopening of Kemp Mill Urban Park in Silver Spring. A couple hundred people turned out Wednesday, July 12, 2017, for the party to enjoy family activities, food, face painting, and more.
