T E A : Kyo Odori

Kikutsuru preparing tea before the opening of Kyo Odori, the annual spring dance of the Miyagawa district. The young maiko assisting her is Harue.

 

This was Kikusturu's last spring as a maiko. In the summer, she will turned her collar (erikae) and became a full fledged geiko.
