Beer bottle cake for my Dad!

Inspired by Liz Marek of The Artisan Cake Company, I knew it was time for me to take the next step and actually use Isomalt. Wow...what an amazing product! It's easy to use and a little dangerous just because you need to cook it over 300 degrees so it becomes stable.
