Bucephala clangula

(Sorry for poor resolution...was far away and was using old film.)

Male, for some reason, was swimming like this (low in the water). (Note there are no "spots" along upper part of white section of wing, making this B. clangula instead of B. islandica).

Taken with a Nikon N65, zoom lens Quantaray 70-300mm 1:4-5.6D LDO Macro.
