Australia's largest operating steam locomotive, Beyer-Garratt No. 6029 returns to Bathurst for the June long weekend operating shuttles to Wimbledon.
On one of the these shuttles, 6029 leads with 4501 on the rear passing Georges Plains bound for Wimbledon.
Beyer-Garratt 6029:-
Built by Beyer, Peacock and Company, Manchester in 1954. One of 42 built with 4 surviving in preservation to this day.
4501:-
Built by AE Goodwin, Auburn in 1962. One of 40 built of which 8 survive to this day.
