The Lone Stalk
It only seems that it's lonely, but in reality its clones are all around and everywhere. Interestingly, the old Pentacon lens rendered them as disks wide open at f1.8 and produced a pleasing, soft bokeh, Well, to my eye at least.
I shot while the sun was low and the grasses were backlit.
I promise, if I find a better subject, I will photograph it. But the reality is that In New Mexico at this time of the year, I feel hard pressed to come up with anything.
Pentacon, 50mm f1.8
