Developer comparison 1

So yeah, flickr is now my own personal photo blog, where I keep dull chemistry notes.

 

(shot on left)

8.5 tsp nescaffe instant coffee

3 tsp sodium carbonate

500ml water

 

25C, 30 minutes, 60 seconds agitation, then 30 seconds every 10 minutes.

 

Shangahi GP3 100 @ ~100

 

Shot on right is GP3 @ 100 in either Ilfosol 3 or DDX., for comparison.

The coffee shot looks comparatively underdeveloped, and the backing is stained, which reduces the contrast.

Hmm, much to consider.
