Room for improvement
On my first attempt I easily cranked out 12 reverse grip pull-ups but upon replay I realized my form was all wrong. The lower half of my body was swinging forward and I was using my momentum more than my muscles. Trying to stabilize myself by keeping my knees bent and legs back.
