Protein Experiment

 

Purpose: Help build and repair body tissues

 

Hypothesis: Hoping to put in a few more reps for every exercise move by the end of the month.

 

Materials: 2LB AllMax Whey Protein, Magic Bullet, 2% Milk, Fruits (whatever else I can find in the fridge), maybe yogurt?

 

Procedure: Consume a cup of protein shake after each P90X workout

 

Data: I have a whole chart of my workout reps but too embarrassed to show anyone at this point. Currently weighing in at 142lb

 

Analysis: My first concoction consisted of Strawberry-Kiwi-Milk and 1 and half scoop protein mix (chocolate). Taste was surprisingly delightful. Can't wait to see what else I can come up with... going for blueberry banana tomorrow!
