Pogo Sketch stylus and iPad
This is the Pogo Sketch stylus with PaperDesk Lite on iPad. It works pretty well, though you need to press a bit harder than you initially expect (the tip is soft and compressible, and doesn't mark the screen). It's also smaller than most regular pens; it's about the length of an iPhone.
It's perfectly fine for quick sketches; I'm using it for UX scribbles at the moment. Very nice to have a pen around for occasional use. As it's designed to trigger capacitive touch surfaces, it'll work with iPhone/iPod touch, iPad, your MacBook's trackpad, and other such devices.
