Mavericks Caching Server
The Server app has a list of services on the left of the window. Select the Caching service in the list, then enable caching via the large On/Off switch at the top-right of the window. That's it. Optionally, you can choose which volume to store cached data on, and/or limit the cache size.
You don't have to configure anything on your client Macs, iPhones, iPads or iPod touch devices. They will all (with recent OS versions, like Mavericks or iOS 7) automatically find and use the Caching service when it's available.
