Turkey Crossing

Location: Riveredge Nature Center, Newburg, Wisconsin

 

I came around a turn in a trail to find a scattering of many birds, yet this turkey stayed momentarily. It was in nearly the exact spot that I found the pile of turkey feathers last year.

 

I didn't have time to change lenses before the turkey ran away, so this was the best shot I got.
