Sunrise at Mona Vale Tidal Pool

With the tide scheduled to be high and with the forecast predicting partly cloudy skies Tim and I headed out this morning for a sunrise shoot. The sunrise was great however the tide did take it's time to sweep over the pool. Here is shot with a wave sweeping over the pool and cascading down the stairs.
