Circular quay and Harbour bridge, Sydney

Circular Quay has a prime location on Sydney Harbour, bordered by the Sydney Opera House and Royal Botanic Garden on one side, and the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the other.

The Harbour Bridge (1932), designed by British firm Dorman Long of Middlesbrough, connects the Sydney central business district to the North Shore. The bridge spans 503 metres (1650 feet), and is 1150 metres (3772 feet) in length.

The 30-minute walk from one end to the other offers excellent harbour views. From the North Shore side, one can take a train from Milsons Point back to the city. @sydney
