CT-36 "Lopburi"
The Kentalopian Independent Republic for the People lacked a proper tank, so they engineered this beauty; the Claunk Taunk, the 36th model. We do not speak of the other 35.
With a top speed of 37km/h, the CT-36 is on the slower side for a medium tank; however, it is fitted with thicker than usual armor as well as a boost in torque. What the engineers had in mind was a tank that could chug through the dense terrain of the tropical rainforests of the region they lived in; that led them to an engine design that favored power over speed, but if its going to be slower, might as well give it the ability to take a few punches, too.
The variant pictured here has all the standard equipment plus a rear towing winch, a rear towing hitch, an 85mm barrel, side skirts, and those giant flood lights. (The lights are overkill for regular night travel, but you really need them when monsoon season hits.)
