The Power of Cropping

This simple shot can be made to tell different stories, depending on how it is cropped. The first, with its blaring "NO TRUCKS" sign, is a study in frustration; the next two, with their horizontal lines, are a meditation on waiting. The rest try to frame how, in cities, we pretend we're not there if we don't want to get involved in something. Viewing this as a slideshow will compare the different photos to best advantage.

Personally, I prefer Crop 4. What do you think?
