BNSF 199 sits in storage at Galesburg, Illinois. Originally built for the Texas Mexican RR number 870 in 1991 and later became Vermont Railways 382. The unit was wrecked in Pasco, WA. in 2011 and then rebuilt at Topeka in 2013. The last note I can find on the unit is: Painted by Relco in Albia, IA. I figured it was in service and painted H3, not the ghost scheme seen here.
