You Don't Need an SLR

by gothick_matt

I generally use a Canon EOS 400D or 60D, but I also shoot with a compact, or even a phone camera.

Hopefully this set shows that you don't need an SLR to get a good photo. Or at least an interesting photo!

Each photo in this set was taken on an iPhone, or on one of these tiny straight-to-JPEG shooters in the sub-£200-price bracket:

* Konica-Minolta DiMAGE X-60 (now obsolete)
* Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP8 (recently released)
* Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP3 (which I bought after I ran the FP8 through the wash!)
* Sony Cybershot DMC-TX1
* Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3 (bought for £200 secondhand in 2012)
