This man with his daughter were selling small sachets of milk for ramadan,he asked me for a small some in exchange for some of his sachets as he had let me take the photo,I had no change with me & he said don't mind it's ok.

In my pocket was lots of Egypt 100 pound notes, Looking back I should have given him one for one of his little sachets.
