Drugs And Sports Don't Mix

This brave chap decided to relax after his visit to the Tate Modern by lighting up a strong spliff on the lawn outside... on a day near the end of the Olympics when there were police everywhere. Within a couple of minutes he'd been searched, arrested, handcuffed, and taken away.

 

"Takes police a minute to handcuff and arrest a guy for smoking a joint but a week to find a dead body in a house. Sometimes I despair."
