Wanna try one?

A man in Qinghai Province selling big baskets of live scorpions, holds up one of the twitchy creatures with two chopsticks. I knew scorpions are eaten in China but was quite amazed in what quantities they were being sold. Also I have no idea where they were being bred - there must hafve been entire scorpion farms in this area.
