Nano Masterbatch

LLDPE-based and contains highly dispersive Precipitated Calcium Carbonate fillers. It applies well in LDPE and HDPE blown film and blow molding products.

 

Applications

 

1. Modifier for general purpose LDPE and HDPE film: Garbage bags which generate less heat, flat yarn, inner film for laminated paper bags, shopping bags, adhesive tape etc..

 

2. Seed for cellular foam: Shoe material, packing padding etc..

 

3. Blow molding products: Bottles, drums etc.

 

 

Product properties

 

1. High filling content, good dispersion, no coming off powder even at high ratio dosing.

 

2. To prevent emission problems by generating less heat, no oil dripping and less smoke when burning. No damage to the incinerator;

 

3. To enhance the quality of foam products;

 

4. Good printability;

 

5. To enhance the surface smoothness and gloss of products;

 

6. To decrease the usage of white pigment because of possessing good opacity;
