Waiting in line to take the Illinois state driver's test. I remember it being around Division and Ashland. This was before the Elston Avenue facility was built. Yes, we dudes really dressed like that. And no, I didn't know the girl but she's the reason this photo was taken. The right side of the slide was cropped out.
