Smile, Kids . . .

. . . this one's for the Christmas card! A doe and her kids were browsing in the side yard of a home in late afternoon. Their natural curiosity along with their instinct to get behind Momma, made for a fun family portrait of this White-tailed deer clan. Taken on Nov. 21, 2014 in Paulding, Upper Michigan, the day before gun/deer hunting season.
