What's black, white and red all over?
Just back from a great weekend in Scotland with buddy Dan Borg. We had a really excellent time, the folks in Scotland are a friendly bunch. Some more than others - the Enterprise car rental man who felt the need to give me a hug as we were leaving is a good example.
The week leading up to the trip gave suggestion to some pretty terrible weather but like all forecasts, it was wrong. Sunny blue skies and rather lovely conditions all round. That said, it was very cold and in a different way to down south, my face still feels dry and chapped. Amusingly, whilst I felt a hoodie and gilet suitable attire, many Scottish folk were all too keen to show their beautiful tans.
