This vulgarly ostentatious place is at Cleeve. As with many Thames side houses it has balconies (never ever used), but I'd have thought you would have needed to be some sort of exhibitionist to live in a place like this. Anyway, I bet the window cleaning contract is worth having!
I wondered who might live in a place like this. Pete Townshend of 'The Who' owns property in Cleeve, so I wonder if it's him? Apparently Michael Caine also owns some property around here too, although having read his account of how he came to buy it I'm not really sure that I'd want him for a neighbour, however he's not there much of the time.
