When I posted this shot to Facebook one of the folks who saw it said the light rays reminded him of being underwater, similar to an aquarium I would imagine. I thought that was a pretty neat and imaginative visual! This picture was taken during a Dave Allen Photography workshop on the Blue Ridge Parkway where the evening brought some fantastic conditions.
