Might as well enjoy the view
It had been a good day exploring the lakes and cascades in Snowdonia, just me and my box of tricks and the 3 legged friend, oh, and a few tasty snacks of course.
The counselling had been less than adequate, but hey, work in progress and all that. The fresh air, the majestic views, the walking (and the stumbling) had pretty much purged the stresses of the week, although I had heard that the same effect could be obtained by beating oneself on a windswept mountain top with a large Atlantic salmon, however I've yet to try that method; maybe next visit.
Driving home, the clouds started to break and golden hour was developing into just that; a really beautiful golden glow. I decided to pay a visit to the old 'leaning one', to see her at the opposite end of the day, well it would only mean a short detour; would be rude not to! ..........
It's no surprise to learn that I'm always listening to music. Whilst working on photos, I'll either listen to one of my playlists or just put some random stuff on, maybe artists I've never heard before. Sometimes a track will just jump out at you and this is one of them. I've never heard Blue Foundation before and guess what, they're Danish! What was I saying recently about Scandinavian talent. They have been around for some time and they have a really chilled sound described as 'cinematic dream pop'. That label might actually put me off but have a listen to this, see what you think.
