iPhone vs. Sekonic
So a friend of mine and I were talking about Terry White's recent review of the iPhone light meter app.

While at a shoot in an outdoor carnival I ask, "I wonder how reliably that thing really is? Could it actually work?".
My friend Mike, an excellent photographer already had it preloaded on his iPhone 4 and also had his Sekonic light meter with him. Remember Free vs. Not so very free! If you look at the meter readings on both, you'll notice they are the same. This was shot live in the moment.
The cons were that the iPhone numbers jumped around a lot more which made it a bit less reliable as a device to use professionally, but none of us could argue that in many situations it would serve as a handy little tool that could work in a pinch, and at that price point how could you not download it to your phone.
