Amazon Prime - excellent customer service
This is one of my free advertisements. Amazon.com provides amazing customer service all the time. However, as an "Amazon Prime" customer the service is even more outstanding. Free shipping, super fast delivery and a tracking system that is state-of-the-art.
Here is an image of my iPhone with a message from Amazon saying my package was on a truck and due to be delivered that day. This was only one of several messages I received throughout the entire process. I always knew exactly where my package was and when I would receive it.
Telephone support from Amazon is also great. Call the toll free number, listen to your options and if you think you need immediate telephone assistance, choose that option, hang up and within seconds, and I mean within seconds, your phone will ring and a pleasant customer service rep is soon on the phone helping you solve your problem.
As far as I am concerned, Amazon is fantastic.
