Day Thirteen: November 12th, 2006.
I'm making one last check of Flickr before I head out. Kristin and I are going to see "Stranger than Fiction". It was a good movie and as we leave the theater we're greeted with the first signficant snowfall of the winter. It's still on the ground this morning. Pictures of that to follow.
I had a nice evening with her and it was a fairly good day all around. I worked very little and played very much. Mostly doing MSH things. I was motivated to clean and organize my desk area so I could snap a picture of it for the hunt so I felt productive in that area.
Watched football all afternoon and wrote not a single word. Bad Mark. Very bad. I thought after coming home from the movie, it would inspire me to focus on my novel but I just couldn't get into it.
Instead, I wandered around outside my building and tried snapping a few photos of the snow. They didn't turn out too well but I may upload a few. I'm starting to get more anxious for my new camera to arrive. I hope it'll be able to do a better job at night than my current digital.
Anyway, it was a good day and with nearly 2 full days off from work (practically unheard of for me), I feel quite refreshed.
