High Adventure in White Sands National Park
A setting looking to the west while taking in views across white sands and dune formations present along the Alkali Flat Trail in White Sands National Park. My thought on composing this image was to take advantage of some high ground that I was walking on along with this one dune ridge. I decided to use that to capture a sweeping view, looking across the many different dune ridges leading up to the more distant San Andres Mountains, with the particular cloud formation above it.
