Life Has a Sweetness That Often Sours as We Age
Or is it as we age that we sour inside
I will walk away from the towns
And find solace amongst the waters
I will stand under the trees and feel the sunshine
That can forgive my years and add that sweetness of life.
Another work of short poetry or prose to complement the image captured one afternoon in Mammoth Cave National Park from a scenic overlook of the Green River. While I felt my Nikon SLR camera could capture all of the dynamic range by getting a good meter and shutter speed of this setting that I was looking at, I decided later to try out Aurora HDR 2019 to see what I might be able to bring out, given the overcast skies that brought out kind of dull colors. I found it brought out a much richer set of colors and hues that I could later work with in Capture NX2 for the final image.
