Yes, I know. A pretty nice backdrop too! This is out in the Sunrise area of the national park. On my last trip a few years back, I'd wanted to visit this area but couldn't due to it still being closed in early June. What a view it was to finally take in and see the views here! Amazing. So a friend and I hiked a few of the trails and enjoyed a nice lunch. That's what I wanted to capture with this image. Just another one of the many beautiful locales to soak in the wildness of nature with a look across a grassy meadow and Mount Rainier as the amazing backdrop!
