I got the idea for this image from this one on Flickr (www.flickr.com/photos/markvalentine/8570629925/in/gallery...). When I looked at this image on Flickr, I spent some time figuring out a way to capture something similar. As I analyzed this more and more, I decided on using the multiple exposure capture built into my Nikon SLR camera. I practiced on a few other locations and went with five exposures to capture a similar effect and separating each press of the shutter with at least a second. I took this image while walking the sidewalk area on Congress Ave one Sunday afternoon. When I headed out on this photo walk, if you will, with a few ideas in mind. Then I saw this group of people walking, I decided to set myself up near a light pole to steady myself. I later used Capture NX2 to edit the final image.
