Triple Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger
Mary & I are transitioning from grilling burgers on the wire rack of our gas grill, to using a cast iron griddle on our grill.
We are looking for juicier, and more flavorful burgers.
This one is our 2nd attempt.
It tasted fabulous but next time out we will use 50% less cheese, and switch back to aged cheddar over the Velveeta that we tried for this one.
We used 100% Wagyu Beef Patties sold under The Emperor brand from Shaw’s, six slices of Velveeta Sliced Cheese, Bubbies Bread & Butter Chips for pickles, ‘generic’ Bacon, our 'new favorite' BBQ Sauce: Lillie's Q No. 5 Hot Smokey BBQ Sauce, all between a Martin’s “Big Marty" Potato Roll.
