Chicken with Peppers and Onions

 

While I was upstairs, essentially adding value to nothing, Mary was downstairs, building this beauty.

The colors and the aromas, were awesome.

 

This image was taken quickly, prior to baking it in our oven.

 

It turned out to be outstanding!
