Margate Bells: Intervention
27th August 2013, FBpost: Here's my proposal for Margate:
These bells are at the North and East end of the covered Market. Broken.
There are two identical sets at either end so its possible to perform some sort of mirror image/echo piece. I will need a couple of club hammers and a pair of steps each for two players, at least!
Seems a shame they are just hanging about doing nothing. Its about maximising Margate's assets.
Call it; 'wake up', 'alarm' or some such thing.
('Curation' by committee. Suggestions welcome)
NB:
The other town bells could be included at Christmastime, i.e. Clock tower, Churches.
R4 'Bells on Sunday'? Margate ringing like a bell! Christinkle!
