Polyphonic Processing

Application created in the Processing language that allows for real-time music creation through interaction with 8 musical 'discs' which rest upon a dynamic grid.

 

Multiple variables allow for variations in syncopation, tempo, timbre, instruments and more, along with 4 auto-generating melody 'comets'.

 

Imposing a musical scale both limits and enhances the control of instantaneous creation, and can be dynamically switched at any moment.
